Leash Reactivity Workshop - FULL Waitlist Only
Location: Outside Nates Point Dog Park
This workshop helps your dog learn to meet other dogs while on leash and teaches you how to keep your dog calm in situations that might come up on a walk. By addressing barking and lunging then reinforcing calmness, your dog can learn to interact with other dogs or distractions in a positive way. RSVP required.

Canine Good Citizen Workshop
Location: Outside Nobel Leash Free Dog Park
Besides being an excellent bonding exercise, the AKC’s Canine Good Citizen title is a prerequisite for many therapy dog certifications, as well as a great introduction to more advanced dog sports and activities. Some homeowners’ insurance programs even offer discounts for CGC dogs and an increasing number of apartments and condos see CGC awards as a major bonus for becoming a resident.
SPECIAL: The test and completion ribbon are included with this workshop and available after the workshop to anyone who feels ready (must pass the test to take home ribbon/title). RSVP required as space is limited.

Loose Leash Walking Workshop

Are you getting dragged along the sidewalk whenever you try to walk your dog? Does it stop you from taking them out as much as you would otherwise? Walking a dog who pulls can be aggravating and embarrassing. This workshop walks you through the methods and techniques to get you dog to stop pulling and gives you a busy, high-distraction environment to practice in. Cultivating Calm Workshop
Location: San Carlos
Calmness is the opposite of so many troubled states of mind. Anxiety, overexcitement, protectiveness, pushiness, and nervousness are all overcome when you learn to help your dog relax. In this workshop you'll access techniques to manage fear and control impulses. Achieve calmness to put fear and anxiety, along with the undesirable behaviors they cause, behind you. RSVP required.

Wheel Reactivity Workshop
Location: This Location near the San Diego River Bikeway and Skatepark
Does your dog have a reaction when near moving wheels on bicycles, scooters, skateboards, strollers, rollerblades, or cars? These are all over San Diego, and if your dog reacts negatively to them it can limit where you're comfortable going. Open up your options by joining this workshop where your dog can see that moving wheels are no cause for fright or fight, and learn how to act in a relaxed manner in their presence. RSVP Required.
